Dr. Adam R. Jeffers, of the United States of America, is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Top Notch Career Institute. Dr. Jeffers was born in Queens, New York and has established professional networks throughout the world. Dr. Jeffers received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Master of Arts in Education from San Diego State University. He earned his Doctorate of Education with an emphasis in Teacher Education in Multicultural Societies from the University of Southern California. His dissertation entitled, “Early Academic Experiences of Recently Incarcerated African American Males” received a nomination for dissertation of the year at USC in 2010. Dr. Jeffers is culturally experienced in working with re-entry and non-traditional job seekers.

He has taught multicultural counseling and counseling theory for Master level students at the University of San Diego and has thirteen years experience in Employment Development as a Career Counselor at San Diego State University. In addition to his academic background, Dr. Jeffers has nineteen years experience as a business owner and entrepreneur in Southern California. He has facilitated prerelease workshops for adult and youth detainees. He has also conducted presentations on the American criminal justice system for student organizations at New York University, Abu Dhabi. Dr. Jeffers prescribes and interprets career assessments and conducts culturally specific career development workshops for non-profit, public and private institutions.
